About the Position
BWSFA is seeking a Program Manager to guide overall coordination, management, implementation, and provide oversight of the Association’s programs and projects. The Program Manager will supervise staff and will work closely with the President and Board of Directors, staff, consultants, contractors, donors, development partners, government agencies, community members, and other stakeholders to ensure effective delivery of BWSFA’s programs.
